The Request for Proposal is a very important factor for any  web development company. In Dubai it plays a significant role for any agencies.

But most of the agencies are not aware of what is to be required, the key features needed to be taken care of. In this mail I will discuss some of the key points for preparing a RFP which will get selected by the client at one go.

          Project Planning – It is the first and foremost aspect to be taken care of. It has got several aspects like, first the agency team has to discover what needed to be done and think about the design part. After that the development and the building of the project step by step.

          Project Management Tools – Every tool required for developing the websites are needed to be segregated. Every part of it should be documented.

        Team Members – The team member needed for starting the project need to be mentioned, the hours they will give, the position they hold for their company every minute details should be mentioned.

       CMS and Baseline Technology – The CMS to be used whether the website to be made on Majento, Wordpress, Squarepace, Joomla that should be clarified with the client.

        What needed to deliver – Every deliverables need to be clarified like the time to complete the project, submission time of the design templates, volume of the websites etc.

        List of Functionalities – Step by step functionalities to be mentioned in the RFP. If it is a one pager then less but if it is a bigger one hell lot of functionalities are involved.

        Migrating the content – The content required for the whole websites need to be properly managed. If the old content to be migrated to the new website then it should be carefully enlisted.

       Image Used – The proper use of high graphics image should be used and the images should not violate the laws of Google. It is good if first time images to be used on the new websites to get escape from plagiarism check.

       SEO – Every websites on – page and off-page SEO must be properly done to rank on the first page of Google.

    Mobile Responsiveness – Today mobile users have toppled the desktop laptop users. Hence the websites popularity depends on the mobile friendliness of the website.

    Payment Terms – The payment terms should be mentioned properly. Some agencies charge first half on the first month and others charge the full at first before starting the project. It depends agency to agency.

      Warranty Tenure – The developing firm should take care of the bugs of the plugins, themes and software, even they can give a warranty period to their clients.

       Support Post Live – After live website the client require the support for addition and alteration on the website. So the firm should mention the post live support for its client.
